Amulets ship from Thailand 🇹🇭 to Singapore 🇸🇬. Mailing is charged at a flat S$6 per order. Items are reserved and dispatched only after payment has been received.
We ship to Singapore and Malaysia as standard, and we can arrange delivery to most other countries on request. If your country is not listed at checkout, message us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver and what it will cost.
Orders are prepared once payment clears. Because our pieces are held in Thailand, an order typically leaves within 2 to 5 business days of payment. Items that need casing work are dispatched once that work is complete — we will give you a timeframe when you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal services, public holidays in Thailand and the destination country, and customs inspection can all add time.
Where a tracked service is used we will send you the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within a week of paying, please contact us.
Parcels crossing a border may attract import duty, GST, or handling fees in the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay us. We declare parcels accurately as required by law.
Please check your address carefully before paying. We ship to the address given on the order, and we cannot be held responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address you supplied incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, tell us immediately — we can usually correct it if the parcel has not yet been dispatched.
